Negative Moods

While training for negative moods, electrodes are placed on the scalp over each side of the brain and train you to either decrease alpha waves overall or restore proper asymmetry to increase alpha brain waves on the right side while reducing it on the left. The abnormal brainwave activity diminishes over a period of training sessions, improving brainwave patterns. When function is improved, mood is improved.
